Can I still purchase items now that the camporee is over?
Yes! However it will take some time for us to count all remaining items, and update the website with an accurate remaining inventory. If you need large bulk orders, you may want to reach out to us in advance by using the level13apparel Contact Form or by calling 81700.80008.860000 just to ensure that we have sufficient inventory to fulfill your order.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We are currently trying a $5 flat rate on any item, with a $2 increase for each additional item in an order. This is only for the 48 Contiguous United States. If you live outside of the lower 48 states, you can still place the order, however be sure to include a valid email address or phone number so we can contact you about additional shipping charges. If you are not in the lower 48 states, your shipping will be calculated on a per order basis and will vary based on destination country, weight, and size of your order.
What are these "Hidden Discounts", and how do I "unlock" them?
The discounts are a way for us to show you all some serious love because you are showing us love by buying our gear ahead of time. When you add more items, and/or reach certain price points new discount levels will be unlocked! Join together with your entire club to place your order and see if you can unlock the Maximum discount level.
I need a refund! Please help!
Please be sure that you want everything in your cart before you purchase. We are not able to offer refunds on preorders as we are using this data to prepare for the event and your goods are already slated for production.
Seriously, I need a refund. It is an emergency!
We will issue refunds on a case by case basis where extreme circumstances exist. We would prefer to get you your awesome Camporee gear so that you can enjoy it for years to come. If the circumstances warrant a refund, we may make an exception.
